Selecting The Right Service

Here at Country Idyll we understand that each property owner is different with different requirements. We have put together our standard packages outlining different levels of service, however if you would prefer a very bespoke level of service and require more or less than or standard packages, please feel free to speak to us and we would be happy to put together a service designed purely around your individual needs. We want all of our landlords to be completely comfortable that they are receiving the right service.

Where We Differ

Our property services division are health and safety trained, fire risk assessment and damp and mould trained, this means every property Fully Managed with Country Idyll is fully assessed to make sure your property complies with current regulations, we will also monitor any changes or updates to the regulations and make sure each holiday let is up to date. Schedules of condition are an important part of making sure that your investment is protected throughout the year and our Property Services division are also fully trained Inventory specialists.

All of our Fully Managed properties will be offered a free professional Inventory and schedule of plight and condition. This schedule will be updated every six months and all of your guests will be required to sign its authenticity before embarking on their stay. Country Idyll will be offering this service free of charge to all its Fully Managed properties.
