Use of your Information
At times, we may use the personal information you provide us for the purposes of understanding the use of our site, or to promote any of our offers to you in the form of an email. If you do not want to receive these solicitations from us using your personally identifiable information, please notify us. At times, we may conduct online surveys to better understand the needs and profiles of our visitors. When we conduct a survey, we will try to let you know how we will use the information at the time we collect the information from you on the Internet.

Numbers
We cannot accept numbers that exceed the maximum persons stated on the website as the properties maximum capacity under any circumstances. If you intend to use the property or its grounds for the use of a party or social gathering or function, Country Idyll must be informed at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges and loss of security deposit. Country Idyll reserve the right to refuse admittance or eject guests if these conditions are not observed. Country Idyll and the owners reserve the right to refuse bookings if, in their opinion, this condition will be violated. In certain instances, and where specified within the property description, a property may offer the use of an extra bed, sofa bed or cot, these will incur an extra bed/person charge and must be added to your reservation at the time of booking. Extra charges may incur if you wish to bring a pet and is only available on properties where stated on the booking website.
Guests Responsibilities
You hereby agree that you are responsible for the property and expected to take all reasonable care of it during your stay. All equipment and utensils must be left clean, replaced in their original location, and the property must be left tidy at the end of the hire period. Pets should not be left unattended in the property at any time, and should not be allowed to climb or sit on furniture, any breach of these conditions may incur additional charges.
Unless prior authorisation has been given, we do not allow photo shoots or permit filming at any of our properties for any purpose which may include, film productions, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product, service or commercial project. This includes the use of the property as a base for shooting stills, video or film in the wider area. In the event of this taking place you may be liable to prosecution and any extra costs incurred including production, location fees and the retention of the security deposit. Please note that some of our properties will allow the above for a location fee, but this is strictly by prior arrangement.

Unless otherwise disclosed during the collection, personally identifiable information that may be collected in connection with visitors to our site is retained by Country Idyll, we do not sell, transfer or otherwise disclose this personally identifiable information outside this company, except where disclosure is required by law.

Balance Payment
Booking Cancellation
Cancellations made before 6 weeks prior to your arrival date will not incur any further charges other than your non-refundable deposit already paid, cancellations made after 6 weeks prior to your arrival date are liable for full payment unless Country Idyll are able to re-let the period booked. We do however understand unforeseen circumstances and will try to accommodate where possible.

Damage
All damages, breakages and moving of furniture are the legal responsibility of the guest and their party. Any damages or breakages must be reported to Country Idyll before the end of the booking period. While minor damage or breakages will not normally be charged, we do reserve the right to charge disrespectful guests for extra cleaning, breakage or damage and may refuse any future bookings. Country Idyll will take a security deposit 1 week prior to check in, this deposit will then be refunded to the guest upon a satisfactory check out with no breakages or damages reported, normally within 1 week of departure however please be aware that the refund can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Security deposits vary on length of stay and each property. This deposit amount will be confirmed with the guest prior to any bookings made. Further funds may be debited from your account in the event of theft, breakages, damages or excessive cleaning at the property or complaints of any nature that incur a cost to the landlord. If you are unable to provide card details we will request the full amount of the security deposit to be paid by bank transfer or cash. Any charges incurred in refunding deposits to overseas or UK accounts will be passed on to you. Country Idyll reserves the right to repossess the property at any time, where the guest or any member of the guests party has caused damage or has displayed disruptive or inappropriate behaviour that disturbs the surrounding neighbours. Country Idyll shall not be liable to make a refund of any remaining proportion of the hire terms paid. Please note that all properties are NON SMOKING within the building, some properties may allow smoking outside the building, this will be made clear on your booking and within your welcome pack in the property. If Country Idyll find that guests have ignored this, additional cleaning charges may be incurred. Country Idyll will try to ensure all properties are non-smoking as stated above, however we cannot be held responsible for guests’ behaviour at or within the property.
Access and Parking
Liability
Both the owner and Country Idyll will have no liability for any death or personal injury unless this results from the negligence of Country Idyll or the property owner. In addition, the owner accepts no responsibility for the safety of, or the loss or damage to the guest’s possessions whilst on the owner’s property. Country Idyll cannot accept responsibility for any defect of a property as it is within the sole control of the owner, Country Idyll inspect and advise owners on an ongoing basis regarding any maintenance issues and cannot authorise major maintenance without the owners prior authority.
